The United States Office of Management and Budget (OMB) categorizes the different
races into American Indian or Alaska Native, Asian, Black or African American, Native
Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander, and white descent. OMB also defines ethnicity categories
which are differentiated by whether a person is Hispanic or Latino or whether a person is Not
Hispanic or Latino. Race or racial difference is the categorizing of people based on their physical
features which may include facial features, skin color, heights, and hair patterns. Minorities refer
