Bullying is where a person has an aggressive behaviour to hurt other people intentionally.
Bullying causes discomfort and instils fear in people. Harassment includes a variety of acts
which aim at harming a weaker or a vulnerable person. Bullying can result from physical
aggression, indirect and verbal attacks.

Genders bully differently where boys tend to use physical aggression. This is where they
fight and damage the belonging of others, (Middleearthnj, 2013). For the girls, they tend to bully
other girls through indirect attacks. For instance, by spreading rumours. Boys bully both boys
and girls while the girls' gender bullies the girls only. Identifying the boy bullies is easier
considering that their bullying involves physical fights. In the case of girls, it is challenging to
point out the bullies since they use indirect methods in the harassment. For one to identify girl
bullies, an investigation needs to be done.

Children and the teenagers are highly susceptible to bullying. This includes all those
under the age of eighteen. This commonly happens in schools where they spend most of their
time. The typical characteristics of bullies are: they have anger management problems, control
other people, high-tempered, they show no empathy, and they find it difficult to adhere to the
