managed year on year growth in the service industry. The company has a competitive advantage
over its competitors through the adoption of technology to improve efficiency.

What is your perception of the service the operation provides?

Chipotle Mexican Grill operates with the belief that customers are attracted to quality
services. The organization works in the quick service industry and it specializes in Mexican
