exhibited by an inclusive leader. The prevailing belief among leaders is that a diverse and
inclusive culture is imperative for business success. Cultural diversity guarantees opportunity,
value, and respect for all and inclusive leaders are instrumental in ensuring that people are
empowered to capitalize on their strength and to use their potential to provide competitive edge
to a team. Inclusion is imperative in an organization’s culture and defines how the company will
listen to its stakeholders. Conversations on cultural diversity are often limited to race and gender.
