Also, we added the sacristan and also music director to our content data flow diagram. Making sure that we have a system that is functional by May because it will be used right away. When writing the word “Mass”, it important to note that the first letter has to be capitalized. Having a check list to making sure that the official/ important document either has been saved in the system or at least there is a physical copy of them in the office. This system is not a replacement of the old options that have been used for Masses or ceremonies. It is a new way to be added to the other options. There are specific titles when we create our user interfaces that we need to have correct titles that related to the mass or the ceremony. Sacristan defined as a person who assists the priest in the backroom which called Sacristy and he also helps the family.
