  • How does the Sarbanes–Oxley Act contribute to accurate and quality financial reporting by public corporations? Why is the act considered an excellent example of public corporations meeting a key ethical standard?
  • Why is it important for an investor to create a well-diversified investment portfolio? How should an investor allocate investment funds across sectors and industries?

Investing is an act of committing money with an aim of making an additional gain in the
future (Parmitasari et al., 2018). It is, however, not as easy as it may sound. It is a process that
takes times to plan and execute and thus it is not a get rich tactic. Investing can occur in long
term and short term, both of which require careful and diligent planning so as for them to be
successful. It is no secret that many people prefer to have long-term investments rather than
