I learned through Crazy Maple Studio’s job database that you have the open position of content editor. I am a junior at
Temple University, majoring in Accounting. I have a working background in writing articles and editing contents from
my previous position as an editor in Xiya Company, a Chinese supermarket company.
I worked for Xiya Company in 2017. My task was to promote and implement the corporate culture. I would collect
hundreds of excellent-service stories from Xiya’s employees every week. During this job, I have been able to read the
hundreds of articles, select moving stories, pick essential details and rewrite the story. With my hard-working, these

advise Hyatt to implement an internship program that helps develop the professional skills of interns. He will
find the right employees who can be a proper manager. Through the internship program, Hyatt can select an
appropriate manager, expand the talent pool, and respond to operational risk. The interns can also gain
experience by the application if no right manager is selected. As a result, the internship program can provide
Hyatt outstanding managers and plenty of employees with enough experience.
