Apple is an American company that deals with technology devices and electronic
devices. The company is based in California but has production centers in Asia as well as a sales
team that is spread all across the world. The company is known for high-quality products that are
sold all around the globe and that are sold at very high prices (Nwogugu, 2015). The company
has been known for its quality, and this has allowed it to have a competitive advantage over other
global companies in the technology industry. The company has also regularly worked to evolve
over the years to guarantee that they provide devises and services that attract new customers
while retaining the regulars.
The company is among the multinationals that are very well streamlined in their global
operations. The company has departments that have their duties well assigned , and this is a factor
that has led to efficient global operations. The company also price their goods very highly
compared to competing products. It is an indication that their target market is the luxury market
that can afford these prices. The company has been very successful through perusing this

in the world. In its path to this success, the company has however had several scandals and
