i have been assigned with three quotes and i will have to chose one of them and write a reflection of three paragraphs on it.
first quote: if you give me six lines written by the hand of the most honest men, i will find enough in them which will hang him. bu Cardinal Richelieu.
second quote : Have i played the part well? then applaud as i exit. by Augustus Caesar.
third quote : God is on the side that has the heaviest artillery. by Napoleon.
your job is to chose one of those 3 quotes and three paragraphs about it following these rules:
1st paragraph : describe the historical content of the writing. What period was the author writing about or in, and why?
2nd paragraph: why did the author write this ; what is s/he trying to say to the reader about the topic?
3rd paragraph: why did you select this item for your reflection? what does it mean to you in connection to the course work?
