Abstract
With companies aiming to expand globally, virtual teams are of the essence. For these
teams to function effectively, virtual management is of great importance. In this paper, the
implementation of virtual Management at Namshi Company that is entering the US online
market has been discussed. This is by highlighting how virtual management will be
implemented, how the virtual team in the US will be managed considering that the US is cultural,
economically and politically different, how the two teams will work together, tools they will use,
the advantages and disadvantages of virtual, how meetings between the two teams will be
managed with regard to time, place and language, how outsourced projects will be managed as
how problems between workers will be solved as well as how the teams will be encouraged to
improve.

Introduction
In a world that is highly interconnected as a result of the advancement in technology, it
has become very easy for businesses to expand as well as be able to perform extremely well even
when operating on a large scale. This has been made possible through virtual management
whereby a group of individuals ends up working together even when they are doing so at
different locations by relying on communication technologies such as voice and video
conferencing, email, FAX etc. In this paper, several aspects relating to how virtual management
will be implemented at Namshi Company which is an online company that is entering the US
online market will be discussed ("About Namshi - Namshi.com in Saudi", 2018). To begin with,
the process that will be adhered to when implementing virtual management will be discussed.
Secondly, how the virtual team will be managed considering the fact the US is cultural,
politically, and economically different will be discussed including how the teams will work
together, the tools they will be using as well as advantages and disadvantages of using virtual
management. Thirdly, how meetings between the US teams & the gulf teams will be managed
with regard to time, place and language will be discussed as well. Fourthly, management of
outsourced projects will be analyzed. Lastly, how problems between workers will be solved will
be discussed, in addition to how the team will be able to improve.
