When it comes to cultural practices, every nation has got their own practices which
are different from other nations. This paper will provide the cultural practices of China. This
nation is chosen because it is known to have some unique cultural practices that will bring a
more understanding of this topic to the readers. China is one of the largest nations in the
world which implies that the population must also be high as compared to the other nations.
There are several ethnic groups that have their own cultural practices. When it comes to
business environment, culture is one of the primary things that make businesses to grow and
make huge profits. When venturing into new environments, the entrepreneurs are always
advised to familiarize themselves with the cultural practices of the new region. This enables
both the sellers and buyers in a market to communicate and understand one another as well as
the business terms.
When it comes to religion, China is a multi-region since there are several religions
followed by citizens in this nation (Ying et al., 2017). Buddhism is one of the religions which
was introduced to China around 2000 years ago. It was divided into the other three groups
namely Han, southern Buddhist, and Tibetan. This religion influences culture in a significant
way through art, literature, and ideology. Art is represented by the stone statues which are
found in this region while literature is by many poems which have driven ideas from the
Buddhist. This is the most important religion in China and a majority of the citizens have
participated in the Buddhist activities. The second one is the Confucianism which may not be
a real religion but much of a philosophical system. This religion was introduced to be like an
education platform to educate people through the use of the four books and five classics.
