In an incredibly continuously evolving and developing business environment, companies
across the globe have an opportunity to extend their stay and success in the market. One of these
successful companies is Apple. This company is widely recognized for various things, but
especially its iconic and visionary leader, Steve Jobs. His vision for the “Computer for the rest of
us” engineered the personal computer (PC) revolution and made Apple one of the successful
technology companies of American Business. Upon his death in 2011, Jobs had built a strong
foundation in the field of technology that contributed to the advancement of business operations
and the way we communicate in the world today. This paper presents research on Steve Jobs’

paper discusses his leadership and management approaches on both positive and negative
