Introduction
Most organizations seek to achieve the best from their day to day operations. This can be
achieved by the employees giving out their best in the organization. Such organizations
include health care centers. Most human resource managers from the healthcare
organizations as well as the managers expect the best from the employees and hence should
understand some of the common objectives of a compensation management system. The idea
of the compensation management system in the healthcare organizations involves paying the
employees fairly but making sure that an organization’s budget is maintained. There is also
