Is there Justice in America for African Americans?
In the context of the African Americans who are in America, the manner in which the
American society and its institutions operate is based on a framework that involves class and
subordination essentially for the Afro-Americans. The African Americans have been observed to
face several challenges as they operate in the United States of America. The basis of their
discrimination owes to the fact that concerns their background and racial considerations. It is
with this regard that sociologists have researched as the years go by and they have come up with
postulates that the Native Americans sometimes have a mindset that they happen to be superior
as compared to other immigrants. Therefore, the consequence of this is the ideology that is
created which relates that Africans should not be in a position to gain the same favors as the
Native Americans (Bankston, Carl and Stephen 543). Thus, it is because of this reason that
when the historical perspective is considered, the bias that is witnessed tends to exist. Thus, in
the analysis that revolves around this paper, injustices for Afro Americans as well as the
establishment of appropriate interventional strategies need to be analyzed to rectify the situation
at the moment. The analysis that is going to be looked at is about the injustices that African
Americans have faced over the years.

done by the African-Americans depicts that there is a great indication that revolves around the
existing sense of inequality in the country. “Afro-Americans were taken to be slaves, having
ranks that are low in their jobs and they did not receive a promotion as can be compared to the
Native Americans” (Haynie 296). What can be said about them is that they could undertake the
jobs that were non-skilled as well as less skilled jobs. The consequence of such kind of jobs was
that they had a low remuneration and working conditions that were poor and up to date, the act
seems to be in existence. According to research conducted, the existing population in America
consists of a social stratum that is seen to divide the whites and the blacks considering the
accumulated wealth. This can be proven by Afro-Americans who are seen to be living in
suburban areas that are poor while being compared to the white people that occupy apartments
that are prestigious (Bankston, Carl and Stephen 545).
Research conducted concerns an analysis involving the injustices faced by African
Americans and also creating the best strategies that are interventional to make rectification to the
current situation. Else, the analysis done concentrates on making a recommendation to the
techniques that are aimed at solving the inequalit...
