For this assignment, you will need to number a page 1-31 like this: You will be making 2 lists of 31. In case you were wondering, the number 31 stands for every day of the month. The first list is titled, "Pain" and the other is "Pleasure." Start with the "pain" list and as specifically as possible, list the things that cause you physical, emotional or spiritual pain. Use all of your senses, people, places and things to comprise your lists. Here is an example:

3 Dirty, piled up laundry
4 Not doing well on an exam
5 Not having enough money to cover bills

Complete both lists ASAP and then work with them- here's how:
If you complete the lists by the 30th, start with #30 on the pain list and take a small action toward resolving it. After you have worked with it and taken a small action step, you may then reward yourself with #30 on the pleasure list. Easy? Yes. Fun? Yes.
Please work with these lists for at least a month. It is part of classical conditioning, rewards and creating new coping mechanisms for managing Human Behavior.
