    • Identify what risks or challenges will be identified as a result of the organizational assessment.
    • Can this project be undertaken within the boundaries of state and federal regulation?
    • Are there any potential stark or antikickback concerns?
    • Are there resources available to undertake the project?
  • Add this to your Executive Summary along with any citations and references that are used using APA formatting for all cited references.
  • Submit a report of your organizational assessment process. This is the first part of your Executive Summary.
  • 4-5 pages including tables and graphs

Jai medical systems is a managed care organization that provides health insurance
benefits to the citizens of the state of Maryland in order to promote the HealthChoice program.
The system was established in 1997 in order to serve the population that comprised of adults and
children. It provides the quality health care and services to patients in the system. In this regard,
the system ensures that its members get high-quality health care in a passionate way because that
is its main focus. Additionally, the system has a partnership with various departments such as the
Maryland Department of health to ensure success in healthcare delivery. As a result, Jai medical
systems have been ranked as one of the highest rated managed care organization in terms of
quality. Also, Jai medical systems have a distinction of being the highest ranked Medicaid Health
plan in the entire United States. These high ranking are achieved by the system evaluating and
evolving the health system to ensure that the population is managed in order to achieve effective,
efficient and scalable healthcare (Bradby, H. 2012).

The following are stakeholders of Jai medical systems. First, the system has partnered
with the Maryland Department of health to ensure that quality healthcare is provided. The second
stakeholder is the members of the system. The members enjoy health insurance benefits that the
system provides. The board of directors is the third stakeholders of the organization. They ensure
that the members of the system get the best healthcare services. Jai medical system serves a
diverse population of approximately 26,000 members. The board is headed by the Chief
Executive Officer. Jai Seunarine is the owner of the organization and also the Chief executive
Officer. Employees of Jai medical systems are also stakeholders who ensure that clients receive
