Many people in marginalized areas especially the elderly and those living below average income levels face difficulties accessing cancer treatment and awareness. In the same regions, available facilities do not have sufficient capabilities to diagnose cancer cells thus patients get wrong treatments for illness and vice versa. We have established test camps in some regions to test the presence of cancer cells and literature of treatment. People believe herbs can cure cancer which means they are in a greater danger if nature of treatment does not improve. Therefore, there is a need to conduct intensive cancer screening to these patients, improve their state of drugs and treatment and spread this to other areas where access to cancer treatment is not easy.
