It is hard to determine the exact phenomenon of the study because the authors do not state it. However, the
most evident phenomena of the study is to see the way nursing leadership model is important.

Qualitative method will clearly construct and find concepts of leadership models that stakeholder’s expect
the nurses to do by using descriptive phenomenology design with an in-depth interview. It means that the
qualitative research will offer the most applicable and practical nursing leadership ode that nurses can use in
healthcare practices.
