Initiating structure- Refers to the ability of the leader to innovate or create an attitude which
is aimed at motivation or creating a change geared towards success or a better performance.

In coaching and teaching, the teacher can consider the student’s efforts and award them for
improvement and also provide resources for the increased development referred to as
initiating structure.

say but to follow the instructor’s guidelines.
Democratic coaching: Bothe the leaners and the instructors come together and share ideas
