Over the years, the theories of humor that tend to explain the sense of laughter and comedy
have developed from many theories that explain the different philosophical perception of causes
of humor. Philosophers have linked the theory of humor with scientific scenarios, human
psychology, sociology and as well as metaphysics. In this case, the universal understanding of the
theory of human has become more complex in regards to different theories developed by different
philosophers. Philosopher Cicero brings out the distinction between public speaking humor and
the use of language in generating laughter. In his work, Cicero brings out the distinction between
