Question Description

Write Maximum power transfer lab report.

Make sure to to look at the attachment carefully it includes everything.

First, read the Lab 5 handout what we were doing in the lab

Second, follow the lab 5 report format

Third, use the results and the calculations from the lab note I attached to write the report

Finally, create four graphs using Excel then include them to the lab report

Just show the equations used, along with the results. You don’t need to include the diagrams used to simplify the circuit.  Calculations for VTh  The value of resistance RAB required for maximum power. You don’t need to show the derivation/calculations for the resistance. Just state the value of resistance that will give the maximum power according to maximum power transfer theorem i.e. RAB =RTh for maximum power transferred to resistor RAB. Results: Include all the result tables from result sheet completed in the lab. The tables should be word processed. Scan of lab result sheet will not be accepted. Circuit Diagram: You have to include the circuit diagrams of the given circuit and its equivalent Thevenin’s circuit. Circuit diagrams should be made using LT spice or any other appropriate software. Scanned circuit diagrams will not be accepted. If you are using MATLAB, you don’t have to include the code in the report. Just copy the plot. The open circuit voltage VTh, and the equivalent resistance RTh was calculated between
nodes A and B. The RTh was calculated when all the independent sources are off. The Thevenin
equivalent circuit was drawn and the load for maximum power transfer determined. The
resistance of each resistor used to build the circuit was measured and the circuit built. Necessary
measurements and calculation where then taken and recorded in the results table.
The measured value of the resistor had a small percentage error from the actual values of
the resistor. The percentage range for the error is 0.05% to 2.82%. This is a small percentage
