My Top Five Strengths
In this section you will start by informing the reader (your professor) of the five top
strengths that you discovered through the activity. You must identify these strengths and provide
a brief description of each. After you have identified and described the five strengths, you need
to describe your initial reaction. Where you surprised? Why were you surprised? Were you not
surprised? Why were you not surprised? Answers to those questions will help make this a very
informative and interesting section. You are to ensure that the first word of each paragraph is
indented a ½ inch. Also, each paragraph is to have a minimum of three to six sentences.
My strengths in Relation to my Leadership and Management Style
In this section explain how your top five strengths relate to your leadership style.
Determine how they relate to the key functions you would need to perform as a manager. As
you put together this section, consider the role of a leader and a manger. How are both roles
different? As you grow as a leader and a manager, how will your strengths help you?
Becoming a Good Leader
Determine what traits you need to work on the most to become a good leader.
Then, explain whether these traits differ from the strengths you need to be a good
manager. The traits that you will identify in this section are not the among the top
five strengths you have listed above. Therefore, you should be going back to the
results of the activity and identifying those that you believe you could improve on to
become an effective leader.
Most Frequent Trait I Might Use in the Future
Indicate which of your strengths you anticipate you will use the most in college
or a future career. The traits identified in this section can be from the top five
strengths or the ones you identified that you needed to be improved. As with other
sections, please ensure that the first word of the paragraph is to be indented a ½ inch.
Also, there needs to be a minimum of three to six sentences in each paragraph.
The conclusion sums up what you have discussed in your assignment. The first sentence,
as with other new paragraph should be indented a ½ inch. Ensure that you use the
grammarly.com tool so that you will be able to detect any grammatical or sentence structure
issues. Finally, when you submit your paper for grading it will automatically go through the
