Evaluate the interventions used in the study by Prammer and Neugebauer (2012) on the basis of the items given below.   • Explain how the consultants approached information gathering to understand the problem. What data-gathering methods did they use?

organization undertaking these includes the organization development, working environment,
and any other activities that the organization does in its day to day activity. The assessment main
aim is to understand what the organization has accomplished per the set goals, its potential and

literature, the main focus will be on a case study by Mr. Prammer article “Consulting

All organizations either nonprofit or profit-oriented have a financial arm that ensures that
