Storing organizational data in the cloud has some benefits and compliance risks. One of
the risks associated with the process is exposing the data to vulnerability of hacking and theft
since the password protection is poor (Patrick Cunningham CRM, 2010). There are no portability
standards thus complicating the transfer system. However, there are some benefits such as cost
saving and improving usability with computers. The files that have been stored can be accessed
from any place.
The balance between efficiency and deprioritizing of privacy is required to make sure
that information is does not get in the hands of the wrong people and the privacy of the
individuals is not interfered with. The balance is achieved to make sure that both freedom and
liberty are achieved at the same time. The government has however, the right to copy, listen, and
regenerate information that has been sent (McCarthy, 2017).
More regulatory intervention is required because of the insecurity issues which have been
increasing and terrorist threats. The number of terrorists is increasing and there is need to keep
