A good leader can oversee difficulties and every day goes without losing sight of goals and missions. In addition, having powerful and excellent outstanding skills, whether it was a verbal or written, are of most important to the leader's skills and capacity to carry out an effective leadership. Also, having computer skills and technology-based training are also important because the healthcare institutions and information systems continues to develop gradually, especially from a simple to a more complex form. Finally, The ability to make decisions and specifically critical and important decisions, where the leader must be able to collect the various information, and be able to address the problem from all aspects, and the ability to make the appropriate decision, by prioritizing the most important to the least important, then precisely defining the goals, and developing the perceptions of the future. And have the ability to deal with various results consistently and equitably. by dealing with different problems, and working to choose the best solutions appropriate to them. One of the most important factors that contribute in the management failure in the development of hospitals, is choosing traditional administrator who is not apple to keeping up with the rapid changes in the world of medicine to manage the health care, a traditional administrator usually deals with the hospital as if he is managing services office, and thus; ;transform the hospital from a high-level management system to a special office to provide services by who is most importance, The manager uses this technique to imitate his community tradition in order to maintain his position. In this way, the Healthcare administrator reduces his technical responsibilities to develop the hospital in the public relations campaign.
