The following are my knowledge, skills, and talents:
1. Creativity
Inventiveness, by the working place, implies having a knack for concocting innovative
and unique approaches to take care of issues or create new esteem (Rath & Conchie, 2008). It is
beyond innovativeness as it is tied in with seeing things that are not there than creating them.
2. Customer service
Customer service incorporates the capacity to tune in, talk, influence and cooperatively
negotiate.
3. Written Communication
Having the capacity to pass on thoughts in composing is essential. It includes combining
information and circumstances and after that interpreting them in a way that enables other
