1. Why do you want to get into business together?
This question is quite vital for individuals embarking on an entrepreneurial journey
especially since it demands purposeful operations. The question has both spiritual and
strategic relevance. As far as the Christian worldview is concerned, an individual should
engage in an act only if it promotes fulfilment (Venkatesh & Bala, 2012). Strategically,
working with a purpose allows a business to endure the challenges it is bound to face.
The fact that the partners are of different genders might obscure the overall goal
partnership goal.
2. What is each partner bringing to the table?
Exploitation is a major challenge in most human relationships. This trend becomes highly
problematic in the business setting particularly as the project benefits ought to be shared
equally (Venkatesh & Bala, 2012). Having such an understanding will help Jennifer and
James decide on major factors including ownership, profit sharing, and long-term
cooperation. As a Christian, exploitation goes against the renowned mantra: do unto
others what you expect them to do to you (Luke 6:31, New International Version).
