From the above food diary, water is not widely mentioned, because I do not have a
specific time to take it. Also, I tried my best to balance my diet, but with no much information
about good dieting I sometimes pick any food that I find around. It is not really easy to observe
strictly balanced diet and in some instances where I am not the one who decides what to eat, I
find it impossible to observe proper diet. Generally, my food diary reflects food preferences and
budget. I always ensure that I include protein foods, fruits, vegetables, dairies and grains. I
