i have two discussion board each one should be one page plus each one of them need one reply. so if you can write one reply for each discussion board so I can post it for one of the other students discussion board. also I have another assignment should be 2 to 3 pagers long. also, you can give topic for each of the discussion board and the assignment. however, I attached a file that include the topic of each discussion board and the topic of the assignment.
I chose 4 pages total, 2 for the assignment and 1 page for each discussion board.

The eight phases of communication includes; the sender has idea, encoding the idea as
message, production of message as transmittable medium, transition of message through a
channel, audience receiving the message, decoding of the message by the audience, responding
to the message as well as sending feedbacks.
I was talking with the supervisor in order to let him understand that the entire workforce
was working effectively. However, they were exhausted since the work was not distributed
evenly. Through this, there is the likelihood that the supervisor will be in a position of
understanding why work was not done quickly as planned. Through this, the sender had the idea.
Additionally, I was in a position of communicating with the supervisor that the entire work force
was tired due to augmented level of work. Through this, the supervisor was able to encode the
idea as a message.
The message was addressed through talking one on one with the supervisor thus
producing the message in a transmittable manner (Jonassen and Hyug, p. 13). Since, there was
no channel of transmission of the idea to the supervisor, talking face to face remained to be the
