Vision Statement
We envision an all-inclusive differentiated classroom which recognizes that all students
are not the same and provides access to students with different abilities and talents, each having
individual strengths and weaknesses to learn and fully express themselves. In our inclusive
classroom, the teacher cultivates a healthy teacher-student and student-student relationship by
creating an atmosphere where unique qualities are addressed, uncovering the learning needs of
students and presents various approaches and means through which students acquire, process and
disseminate knowledge. The classroom is organized in a manner that supports inclusionary
practices by ensuring flexibility, teachers are able to adjust learning contents, processes, and
products in order to meet the reading interests, and learning profiles of students.
