Career fairs in other terms is a job fair. It is where recruiters, job seekers and employers attend a
certain event to get the potential employees a job. The potential employees fill out resumes and are
allowed to ask questions to get a feel of their potential working place or the kind of work needed. In
the healthcare field, there is usually a precise qualification regarding education needed. A career fair
gives the potential employers a wider range of field and options to choose from and while at the same
time, it gives the job seekers an opportunity also to decide on whom can be a better employer. The
career fairs or job fairs are usually planned and easy to access and convenient location, this is
advantageous to the healthcare workers since they have crazy work schedules. Career fairs expose
potential employees to a wide range of employers within a short period and usually doesn’t take more
than a day. Therefore, it saves time, and this is an important advantage to health workers who are on
duty most of the time.
