Research Topic
Venezuela faced many demonstrations, which ended up being violent especially in
Caracas, which is its capital. Actually, the opposition claimed that president Nicolas Maduro
himself by saying that the opposition was conspiring with the foreign states in order to create
chaos in the country. Apparently, the protests went on at a regular basis with clashes between the
young Protestants and the National Guard troops. In other words, those protesting claimed that
The Venezuelan government and Nicolas Maduro had gone too far in controlling its people by
inflated prices for food, everyday needs, denying their citizens medication, and imprisoning
citizens who spoke out hence leading to a crisis. Identically, this has to lead to the migration of
most people who have crossed over into neighboring Colombia, Chile and others to Brazil.
Apparently, this mass migration has been one of the largest forced displacements in the western
hemisphere. To be precise, more than 2million Venezuelans have left the country since
2014when the crisis began.
Hypothesis
The concept for this study has been created based on an extensive review of the issues
