An affordable health care system in the United States is a watershed within the public
policy. For this reason, during the reign of Obama as the president of the United States of
America, he set to implement a plan in the healthcare system (Clemens, Michelsen, Commers,
Garel, Dowdeswell, & Brand, 2014). In his health care reform, he suggested that it was going to
strengthen the U.S. Health care system. Consequently, the health reform plan had objectives such
as modernizing the health care within the state by improving its quality and lowering its cost

provision of quality health care coverage for all. Similarly, according to the bill, an investment

often lead to unnecessary spending (Collins, Rasmussen, Doty, & Beutel, 2015). Ideally, the bill
sought to offer universal insurance services, which implies that the government would enjoy the
