After the resignation of the CEO the best medium to use is to inform the employees is the email.
This is because the email is mostly used for up to date information and it is, and there is no risk
of misunderstanding. When an official email comes from the manager going out to all the
employees that the CEO has resigned after the media has reported it, then the employees will see
these as credible information and not just rumors in the press. The email is the best media as it
goes instantly to all employees in the organization at the same time.
