our employer has been going through many challenges this past eighteen months due to the recent financial crises. There has been major challenges throughout the company including, high turnover, software applications being used are outdated, stress is increasing for those employees who have been staying around, and morale is at the lowest point ever for the company . The remaining executives are planning to do a re-organization of the jobs and responsibilities throughout the company. However, each time the executives want to implement the change; another batch of employees resigns. You have been asked by your supervisor to prepare an analysis of what the executive leaders must do. Present your findings as a 4-5 page report in a Word document formatted in APA style. The skills of organizational development process are based on research criteria which
normally begin with the identification of the problem which need to be changed for the health of
the organization. It can also be started when an organizational leadership has established a vision
in which the organization can be improved. The process then proceeds to assessment of the
situation, planning for an intervention, intervention implementation, data gathering for
intervention interpretation, and the determination whether of the progress made (Lau and
Woodman, 2015). In this case, in order to sustain the growth of an organization and impalement
the required interventions without affecting the morale and the confidence of the organization,
this process needs to be carefully carried out in a cyclical manner until the desired developmental
outcome has been attained. The implementation of organizational development activities should
not always have to put a firm in trouble. When an organization has reached a decision to change
a situation, the next it should take is to assess the situation in order to fully understand it (Lau
and Woodman, 2015).
