Overview
Apple Corporation is among the most sought after employers in the United States
because of its great compensation platforms. As previously discussed, the company employs
different pay models in order to match specific requirements of the business, thereby enabling
the company to achieve its goals and objectives. The company achieves this through adjusting its
pay models in such a manner that it drives specific results and outcomes from the performance
