In today's world we observe a change in the medical field in that nurses are using

research finding to base their judgment on clients in most parts of the world. This can be as a

result of the technology growth experienced in most parts of the world, makes information easily

accessible through the different online sites. This has brought a change in the judgment and also

in ways that the nurses interact with their clients.

According to the text book, the use of research-based evidence by nurses today has been

a major element that has led to improved health care for the patients. This has increased the

efficiency of the nurses working due to the increased knowledge of how the behaviors of humans

under certain conditions as seen in the findings.

In the workplace application, information that has been overtime put into observation

makes it easy to diagnose patients. Humans scientifically have similar characteristics despite

differences in geographical locations. Nurses can easily analyze patient's conditions through

research that has been done over time by a different expert in the field. Utilizing knowledge by

the experts in daily work activities gives better treatment services to the patients and also

increases the chances of recovery faster.

In the other cases, there is an additional cost to the clients who interact with the nurses,

since some nurses take advantage of the knowledge and can overcharge their clients. Research-

based interaction by the nurses saves time as well as resources used in interactions with the

clients.
