Introduction
Logistics management is the administration of the flow of business procedures from the
supply chain to the value added to the market. Logistics works with a function to move services
and products to customers in the precise place and in precise time. Therefore, logistics
management is a cog of the supply chain where a business organization strives to meet demands
by customers through planning, implementation, and control of sufficient storage and movement
of services, goods, or information from a specific origin to a particular destination, which is
always the market.
On the other end, logistics reliability is the degree at which the logistics of a supply chain
guarantees in yielding consistent performance defined by the mission of an organization.
Logistics management then involves the strategic function of the logistics management team in
ensuring that customers get the right value in time and at the right place. Given such criticality,
