Various arguments exist in favor of analytics and dehumanizing managerial tasks. One of
them is the claim that traditional data processing methods have negative effects on people's
individuality. The vast majority of traditional data processing systems employ impersonal ways
of data processing. Furthermore, others contend that analytics lead to the erasure of people's
identities. Many people are hesitant to use electronic devices. People are also very anxious when
using technological technologies to carry out their tasks. As a result of the criticism that the
systems are impersonal, depersonalizing and dehumanizing behaviors occur. Some human
activities have been replaced by computers, which has diminished and removed the human
element (Christoff, 2014). When using business intelligence frameworks to handle sensitive
business information, there is always the risk of making mistakes and thus harming employees,
customers, and the entire company.
The expense of analytics software may be seen as a barrier in some managerial
operations. Managers, for example, can use AI to make insightful judgments based on complex
data, resulting in well-informed decisions. Similarly, some technologies introduced in the
workplace are intended to complement rather than replace human labor. The basic reality is that
technology's aggregate influence spreads the consequences, and it is up to the observers to
conduct a critical examination and point out both the benefits and the risks. The accurate
information provided by rogue personnel will put the source firm at a significant disadvantage,

and will almost certainly result in unfavorable sales outcomes. Therefore, if the department does
not achieve positive outcomes, the manager will be held solely responsible. In reality, the leader
was completely innocent; all that happened was that the data ended up in the wrong hands. When
data under their control is examined and shared with the wrong people without their permission,
many managers continue to encounter this problem.
