This site includes many different ways of combining meditation and yoga. Each
person is different, as described in detail since they would like you to try at
home. Provide information on best can help beginners. It's great! He also
speaks of postures, mudras and the incense enhance the quality of meditation.

set their minds enough to not only

the source of them. This can provide
a lot of self-knowledge.

happened
after you
tried each
technique
?
After most of the technical methods of each type I felt relaxed and sleepy.
Although this only lasted until I focused on these issues.
I had problems with this form of
meditation. I think for me I need a
quiet environment so that I can do
that. Yes, it is important to be in an
environment with few distractions.
1. Do you think meditation leads to heightened sensation and perception? Explain why or why not.
I believe that meditation can lead to greater awareness and understanding as we focus on ourselves, it
will make us more aware. Yes, to clear our minds can help us to focus on feelings and perceptions, as we
normally do not even notice.
2. Have you considered integrating meditation into your own lifestyle? If so, list one strategy for fitting
meditation into your schedule. If not, explain why.
