ventures are likely to have challenges during the startup period compared to the existing
organizations. Business ethics is primarily the study and implementation of a variety of useful
business practices, regulations, and policies regarding potentially controversial actions of the
businesses(Crane et al., 2019). Some of the primary elements of business ethics that are
always highlighted comprise of insider trading, discrimination, and corporate governance
(Crane et al., 2019). It also includes bribery, corporate social responsibility, and fiduciary
responsibilities (Crane et al., 2019). Numerous laws have been established to guides the
operation of businesses globally.
Business ethics can also be described to be the appropriate regulations and steps to
promote ethical practices in the operation of the business. The law sets the rules, but it is the
society that approves the laws. Business ethics primarily guarantees that the particular levels
of trust exist between the different forms of business and customers. The original ideas of
business ethics pioneered during the early years of the 1960s, where the majority of the firms
