Learning agility
From the self-assessment, this bit in the competencies tested came up average
according to the evaluations. In line with the self-developmental plan required as part
of the requirements for my involvement in leading Typhoo Teas Ltd's change plan, I
had discerned that it is best to consider harnessing this competency as I desire to be an
all-around leader through learning. By being an all-around leader, I will certainly be
able to bring the company, Typhoo Tea Ltd, the technological change it wants.
Execution agility
From the assessment test that I took, the competency of execution agility was
lacking in merit. This, therefore, means that as it stands out, I might not be fit enough
to take the company towards the goal that it has bestowed upon me. I, however, intend
to take on tasks and obligations that have been placed into my hands. To be able for
the tasks and obligations, I have to be able to reinvent myself by making sure that I
bear the execution agility competency.
Support with a rationale the importance of each identified change-related
leadership competency.

The intended organizational change revolves around the concept of
technological advancements that have been studied to benefit every aspect of business
that concerns Typhoo Teas Ltd as a whole. In light of this reality, it is only right to
possess a mentality that the competency of learning agility can deliver the great fete
of responsibility that I have been assigned with.
