Interdependence
In relationships, interdependence is the extent to which parts of the gathering are commonly
subject to the others. This idea contrasts from a ward relationship, where a few parts are
subordinate and some are most certainly not. In a reliant relationship, members may be inwardly,
financially, biologically and/or ethically dependent on and capable to one another. A reliant
relationship can emerge between two or more agreeable self-ruling members.
In the 1967 book "Organizations in Action," humanist James D. Thompson characterized three
sorts of association to depict the force of associations and practices inside a hierarchical
structure. The investigation of association helps entrepreneurs see how the distinctive offices or
units inside their association rely on upon the execution of others (TAN, 2010).
