Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment

Introduction

Using the Gallup CliftonStrengts assessment tool, this paper will evaluate five

strengths that standout in me. The strengths are listed in order of strength. List of my top five

themes: first, the relator theme is centered around building relationships with others; the

deliberative theme involves being cautious when making decisions (Gallup, 2017). Moreover,

the command theme is all about taking charge, while ideation involves fascination in ideas,

and lastly, the restorative theme involves solving problems (Gallup n.d.).

Lastly, this essay will address various questions identified in each theme, and proffer a

reflective conclusion on the five strengths on how they can be reinforced and with other

themes.

Relator

Theme Description

The relator theme is usually centered around developing relationships with others;

however, in my scenario, it is more about searching for patterns and associations in ideas and

implications of various actions and impacts on relationships. You are pleased with working

with friends in a group to attain a goal.

You are comfortable with familiarity, after developing the initial connection, you

consciously encourage strengthening the relationship. You are determined to build a

friendship with strangers.

You are fixed to understanding the feelings, goals, dreams, and fears of others, and

you would like them to follow yours. You know the kind of risks that go along with this type

of proximity, but you are eager to take the risk.
