There are issues to do with employee contracts being broken by employers, not settling labor disputes. Cultural The country lacks ways to enforce the intellectual rights laws. Political There is a lot of corruption in the corruption in the government structure and operations. Copyrights in some businesses in China are not enforced. The decisions of the Government that serve the interests of the business people are not enforced. Corporate Code of Ethics and Ethical Challenges Identified There are a lot of dangers when a business grows in another nation. There are three dangers that were found in China. One is the laws that should cover the individuals, organizations, and contractual workers are not being upheld nor are they rebuffing individuals who are violating the laws. Worker contracts are being broken by bosses which causes a tremendous issue on the grounds that their occupations are not ensured inside the organization.
