graduated ten years ago in both Biology and Chemistry. Due to his rise in position from junior
sales associate to a senior sales associate, it is clear that Rajan is a very competitive candidate.
He can work in various job environments having studied Biology and Chemistry but working as

Sourcing candidates from social media needs the employer to consider a lot of things.
There is a tendency of providing false details about the candidates on social media to impress the
recruiter. This requires a thorough background check that will reveal the truth behind the written
qualifications of the candidate. It is wrong to lie about qualifications but it happens in social
