External Environment Analysis
Economic
Ted’z Seafood & Wings operates in an economically active environment. Houston attracts
various elements and mainly due to the oil and gas exploration activities. Other economic activities
rendering the society hyperactive in terms of economic activities include production, supply, and
marketing activities (Iacobucci, 2018). Collectively, such activities in the market attract a lot of
business and money flow, hence contributing t the growth of urban centers. The town of operation
has, in the past years, the city of operations has become an economic hub.
Socio-cultural
Due to economic growth, expansion, and development in the area, the state has attracted
people from different origins. As such, diversity in culture has been present in the Huston for
several years. The diversities among the residents and workers in the town trigger specific needs
for the people and also the creation of a new culture. The community has a multicultural segment
with everyday needs and even other segments with particular needs as per their cultural orientation
