2020 is a year of trouble because of the many issues affecting the world. COVID-19 is

the current pandemic that forces governments and individuals to focus on formulating and

implementing social welfare policies. An example of a policy that is yet to be formulated focuses

on social safety, which protects individuals against the implications of COVID-19. Social safety

is an important policy for more social workers in modern American society. The main reason is

that it ensures that social workers are also safe and secure from contracting COVID-19. The

paper's evaluation focuses on the relationship between the social welfare policy and social safety

and the development of social workers.

The relevance of the Social Safety Policy in Social Work

Social work depends entirely on the proposal made through different policies in the social
