Thien Tan garment company is local company in Hai Duong province, my
hometown. This is a family-owned company, founded by Chung The Tan and his
wife in Nam Sach-Hai Duong, his wife's hometown. The company was founded in
2012. The company specializes in sewing clothes with more than hundreds of
workers, and specializes in exporting clothing mainly to China.
Due to the corona pandemic, the company could not export clothes since the
beginning of the year. see the need for masks of people, after a period of time the
company decided to buy machinery and equipment to make masks. However,
because the company has no experience in making masks, the company's masks
are not beautiful, the quality is not guaranteed and the price is expensive. At the
same time, due to the saturation of the mask market, there are many companies
that also switch to masks that Thien Tan company started to work rather late
compared to other companies. As a result, clothing cannot be exported, masks
made cannot be sold to anyone.
The company has a wrong strategy when chasing the majority. The company was
