Part 1

The essential thing for success in a team is a common, compelling and, a clear task.

Mostly if a team’s task or purpose is inspiring or not well defined, this leaves the team

to find out how looks like or how it is. Teamwork helps in achieving the desired

results or outcomes of a particular task or purpose (Thompson,2008). This means

delivering the required outcome of a task individually is a big thing. The team's tasks

give a reason for cooperation. Also, the thing that makes people to get committed to a

team is a compelling and clear task. A common task and purpose call for the team to

come together even when the team is experiencing turbulence.

In the second step, reasonable candidates are selected based on their capabilities to

complete the task. The skills to complete the task is considered but completing it

successfully is considered more. After the selection of the candidates, a team is then

formed.

Positive relationships with the team create productive organizations that influence the

result. Share what each team associate expects, so that all associates know their

specific talents. Set goals and develop your strengths.

Show your team responsible for them and their supervisors that they are trustworthy

and responsible.
